ROUND POND ESTATE LOUIS BOVET CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVE RUTHERFORD NAPA 2018 Wine CLYDE MAY WHISKEY ORIGINAL ALABAMAThe Louis Bovet Reserve pays homage to the co founder's grandfather, who was dedicated in his time to home winemaking. Thomas Rivers Brown consulted on this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, stemming from a near perfect growing season in Round Ponds Rutherford estate. An expressive nose of crushed raspberry with cream and sarsaparilla makes for an inviting opening. Acidity and tannins are on point, conspiring with rich fruit to build a beautiful, balanced Cab.
